Summer Mango Salsa Recipe

Equipment:
Medium sized bowl – These are my favorite stackable bowls
Spoon
Knife
Cutting board – these are my favorite from Epicurean

Recipe:

1 Cup mango
3 Green onions chopped – just the greens
2 Tablespoons lime juice – this is my favorite one if I am. not using fresh
Pinch of Redmonds Real Salt
Optional – 1/2 Jalapeno diced

  • Dice the mango into 1/4″ pieces and add to the bowl.
  • Chop onion greens into 1/4″ pieces and add to the bowl. You could add the onion whites as well if you like I just prefer the more mild flavor of the greens, so only use that portion.
  • Remove seeds and ribs, and dice Jalapeno – this is optional if you want a little heat
  • Add lime juice and stir.
  • Add a pinch of salt, stir, taste and adjust if needed.

Liberally add to tacos, salads or burgers or whatever suits you!
