This is such a delicate, beautiful time. Whether you came to pregnancy with ease, or had a long journey to get there, it’s a wonderful time to honor you, and your baby.

For so many of us, this pregnancy was a long time coming. I know you may be feeling cautious about your pregnancy. Maybe you’re feeling like you’re tip toeing around, or even like you are holding your breath through these early stages.

I know how this feels, I have been there too.

Maybe you didn’t have a long journey to pregnancy, but are feeling a bit anxious about these early steps, and getting comfortable in this pregnancy.

Whatever your journey, support is key to quelling anxiety, and moving through pregnancy with a nourished mind, body and spirit.

In our first appointment, we’ll go over this Health History in depth, and figure out our
beginning steps.
