It’s so confusing to deal with so many frustrating symptoms.

Even more confusing, is to be told by your practitioner that…

“these symptoms are normal” or
“you’re just getting older” or
“drink more water and eat less” or
“do more cardio”

Yes, I hear these things from women all the time!

Have you been told something like this?

Maybe you’ve even done lab work and been told “your labs are normal”. 

But you don’t feel “normal”.  You don’t feel like yourself.

You don’t feel vibrant, energetic or resilliant. You know something feels off. 

So here’s the deal….
I’m just going to put this out there….

Our traditional medicine system is TERRIBLE at treating perimenopause, menopause and post menopause! 
Yep, it’s unfortunate, and it’s true… and I have experienced this too (on multiple occasions). 

I don’t enjoy saying that outloud, but I think it is important for women to know this. 
Every day I hear women’s stories of being cast aside, their symptoms being ignored, or downplayed… their told there is nothing that can be done, and they are just aging.  

Why aren’t we receiving better treatment? Because…


a) There have been very few studies done on women. 
b) There have been very few studies done on women in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. 
c) There is barely a SLIVER of education shared with medical practitioners while they are training on menopause. 
d) Most information on HRT is still based on a WHI study that was done in the 90’s that has been DEBUNKED as a flawed study that was massively misinterpreted. 
e) Most women can do hormone replacement therapy safely, but we aren’t told this. 

You deserve better!
I want you to know, the above symptoms are not normal, they are common at this stage of life. 

These symptoms are so common, our misinformed medical culture has normalized them, and told you, you just need to deal with them.

This isn’t true.
