Lately I am obsessed with this tapenade recipe. I literally made it three times in the last week in a half!  My body must be in need of some extra good fats this week, we often crave what we need.  I love this recipe, because first it is sooooo easy! Second, it is so yummy, and lastly the ingredients are all good for you!


Olive Tapenade


2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Jar Kalamata Olives, Pitted & Drained- (I really like the flavor of the Organic Divina Olives)
3T Olive Oil (or as much as you like)

Place garlic cloves in Cuisinart, and pulse until garlic is minced. Add Kalamata’s and pulse until olives are finely chopped. Scrape olives and garlic down the sides of the bowl. Add olive oil, and pulse a couple times just to mix together. Serve with crackers and vegi’s. One of my favorite cracker options is Flackers.
