I had such an amazing time speaking with my friend Jill Grunewald from Healthful Elements, about ecotoxins and DIY non-toxic cleaners.

If you didn’t get a chance to listen yet, there is still time! Click on this link add your name, and get my interview and 8 others FREE! ALL FREE (the whole time!)! There are amazing experts in this telesummit, so jump in and take advantage of the fantastic information.

In the interview we discussed “Toxins” “Chemicals” or “Eco-Toxins”. Where the toxins are. What are the toxins, and why we should pay attention to them. It’s big stuff these eco-toxins, and unfortunately, not stuff we were often educated about when we were kids. Have you researched eco-toxins at all?  Maybe you have been wondering about BPA or something that you heard about on the news about nail polish and birth defects?  Yes my friends, these are the things we need to pay attention to.

In the United States there are over 80,000 different chemicals that are unregulated, and used in products we use everyday. From health and beauty products, to food containers, water bottles, cleaning products, and so much more. These products are not benign unfortunately. There are a myraid of studies that show these chemicals are linked to cancer, reproductive infertility, birth defects, ADD & ADHD, and hormone disruption. Yet, we are not talking about this very much, and it’s not something that is studied in our western medicine circles either. Consequently, it’s REALLY important to pay attention to where theses chemicals are, and above all take your health into your hands and avoid these toxins.

A great place to start clearing out toxins, is to make your own non-toxic cleaners. It’s quick, easy, they are really effective, and you get to control the ingredients. At this time cleaning products that you purchase at your favorite big box stores, do not have to disclose all of their ingredients. believe it or not, by our current law, it’s considered proprietary information. This is why it is so important to pay attention to what you are using.

The below are my two favorite DIY non-toxic cleaning recipes. I have been making them for over 10 years now. I discovered them when I started researching toxins for my Fertile Well Coaching Course, when I started to see the studies that linked  toxins to hormone imbalance and infertility, it blew my mind. It’s scary stuff! We need to pay attention!
